Un matcha chinois fabriqué selon les méthodes japonaises originelles. Il s’agit d’un thé matcha intensif à l'amertume douce et à la saveur herbacée.
Utilisez deux cuillerées de matcha (une demi-cuillère à café) de poudre de thé dans un bol et ajoutez environ un décilitre d'eau à 80 °C. Fouetter pendant 30 secondes jusqu'à l'obtention d'une mousse sur la surface du thé.
