Olen tyytyväinen
Päivitin edullisemman kahvimyllyni tähän punaiseen. Sen lisäksi, että mylly on kaunis, kahvin karkeus on helppo säätää sopivaksi ja jauhatus on tasalaatuista. Kahvin maku parani niin, että huomaa, vaikka aiemmassakin myllyssäni on kartioterät. Espressokoneeni kahva on 51 mm, mikä ehkä aiheuttaa sen, että kahvia roiskuu sivuille. Kallis hinta vähän kirpaisi. Sotkusta ja hinnasta yksi tähti pois.

Todella nopea mylly. Selkeä ja helppokäyttöinen kosketusnäyttö jauhatusajan säätämiseksi sekä single & double espressolle. Jauhatuksen karkeuden säätö yksinkertainen (=toimiva). Toistaiseksi vain positiivisia käyttökokemuksia.

Loistava mylly ja toimii todella tarkasti. Käytän espressoon ja saa kyllä minkä tahansa koneen kahvin paremmalle tasolle. Kaksi asiaa muuttaisin: olisi kiva jos mylly kytkisi virran automaattisesti pois ja erityisesti espresson kanssa säätöasteikko saisi olla laajempi. Nyt liikutaan todella pienellä alueella. Jos olet miettimässä kotibaristan uraa niin panosta ensin myllyyn!

Cirka 10 sekunder för att mala till en dubbel espresso. Tyst. Lätt att ställa in. Maler jämnt och fint. Värt en extra peng jämfört med kvarnar i prisklassen under.

My coffee is even better than before! This grinder makes noticeably less fine powder than the cheap grinder I had before. When I spread the grounds on my finger the difference is clear: nearly all the coffee particles have a similar size now. As a result, all particles are extracted in the same way (with a cheap grinder, the powdery ones get over-extracted compared to the normal ones, resulting in a more bitter coffee).
As soon as I received the machine, before the first use, I aligned the burrs perfectly. This is not necessary, the grinder is already very precise, it's just for perfectionnists / coffee OCD people. The perfect alignment took me 1 hour and it allows the grinder to give its maximal potential. You can find the procedure on YouTube (type "grinder burrs alignment"). To summarise, it's a two-step procedure and the order is important:
First, you want to make sure that the burr that spins is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of rotation. The second step consists in making sure that the stationary burr is perfectly parallel to the first one.

Eureka Mignon Specialita is a great coffee grinder. I bought a white one to match our kitchen and it looks great. Paired with Lelit Grace coffee machine it offers everything a home barista would need.
It takes some time and experimentation to adjust how fine or coarse you want your gring but once done it is consistent.
