L'oxygène rend le café rassis et prive votre infusion de son plein potentiel. La boîte sous vide Atmos bannit l'air, l'humidité et les odeurs pour empêcher vos grains de vieillir avant que vous n'ayez pu profiter de tout le sac. Le boîte sous vide Atmos en acier inoxydable noir mat bénéficie d'une protection supplémentaire contre les rayons du soleil qui altèrent les saveurs.
En tournant le couvercle d'avant en arrière, l'air est aspiré pour éviter l'oxydation et prolonger la durée de conservation du café jusqu'à 50 %.
Pompe à vide intégrée - Tournez le couvercle d'avant en arrière pour évacuer l'air de l'intérieur. Les pompes intégrées signifient qu'il n'est plus nécessaire de rechercher une pièce séparée. La magie du sous vide est dans le couvercle !
Indicateur de verrouillage sous vide – Regardez le point tomber pour révéler un anneau vert. Le sous vide est maintenant verrouillé pour éviter l'oxydation et prolonger la durée de conservation du café et des autres produits du garde-manger.

Produkten fungerade inte när vi fick den, den skapade inte vakuum. Responsen från återförsäljaren var en rad punkter på åtgärder vi förväntades utföra, ex plocka isär locket och blåsa bort damm som kunde ha samlats under lagring. Vi tycker att det är rimligt att produkten är testade innan den skickas till kund. Processen att få ett nytt lock tog energi, fyra månader och skapade en trist känsla för en burk som kostat 500 spänn.

Har provat flera olika vakuumburkar från olika leverantörer men de har inte lyckats hålla tätt! Denna burk gör det! Den kunde dock vara lite större så att man kan låta kaffepaketet stå kvar i burken...

I loved how easy is to use the vacuum system and that allows to keep my beans fresh for longer. The capacity (700ml) fits perfectly 250g of beans in an stylish canister.

I have to say, the thing does what it has to do and does it really well.
The negative pressure builds up noticeably and "plop" the green sign appears that the negative pressure is sufficient.
And with a technology that really surprises.
A few turns back and forth on the lid ring are all it takes. A very simple move, actually.
Here, too, it can be quite a challenge for small hands.

I love the look and the technology. The cannister is simple to use and keeps my coffee fresh. I was unsure about the size, with only the 1200ml version available. For ground coffee it's a bit large but I'm planning on switching over to beans and grind them freshly - then the extra space will probably come in handy for a 500g pack of beans.
The only thing I would criticize is the relatively charp edge on the main part of the canister where the lid fits on. I guess the see-through, glass version is smoothened out a bit more but I wanted the light protection as well.

NinoUseful and good-looking
I already had a black Stagg kettle so I was pretty sure this would go well with it. As I have a single-dosing espresso set-up (Flair, Niche Zero) I needed a kind of intermediate sized container next to my machine and grinder so that I wasn‘t constantly having to open a 1kg bag for every single dose, but also one that promised to still keep the beans fresh that I a dig into a couple times a day. As such, you could say it fulfills the function of a hopper on a grinder.
I’m quite happy with the design and functionality. I‘ve only had it a couple weeks, and haven‘t tested whether the vacuum works better than any other airtight container, but it seems to work well and keeps its seal, and looks good next to my Flair and Niche.
While this size I think is ideal for my purposes, I plan to order larger one to store non-espresso beans, and perhaps even a white one 700 ml one to distinguish between darker and lighter roasted beans I‘m making espresso with.
I think I have seen from Fellow not only black and white accessories, but also matte gray. That I think would also be a nice-looking alternative here.
