Caffi Black Bourbon est un mélange d'espresso foncé avec des cafés audacieux et corsés; le café espresso italien du nord de Caffi et un café filtre torréfié extra noir.
NOTES DE DÉGUSTATION:
Le mélange de café Caffi Black Bourbon présente un Colombie Huila à acidité moyenne qui équilibre entre les cafés forts et robustes du Brésil et de la Papouasie Nouvelle Guinée. Les notes épicées et fumées de la Papouasie apportent également un caractère de torréfaction foncée. Le Brésil apporte une douceur en bouche et de la substance au mélange.

Loistava kahvi, sopivan vahvaa.

Papujen mukana tuli pienehkö kivi, joka tukki kahvimyllyni. Sain kiven pois, eikä mylly näytä kärsineen vähinkoa. Pavut meni roskiin, joten kahvin mausta en osaa sanoa.

Smoky, spicy and almost no acidity which is a plus for my taste. Long aftertaste.

I tried this product by both machine brewing and French press. Both worked really well.
All in good balance. If you like strong characteristic beans, this may not be. But perfect for peaceful cozy coffee break everyday. I can understand why this is one of the top seller beans at Crema store :)
