Encore est une grande valeur à un prix bas. Le corps du moulin a un design minimaliste, il est compact et fabriqué en plastique ne prenant pas de traces de doigts. C'est un type de moulin à la demande, donc le broyage a lieu à la demande - le café est moulu immédiatement avant l'infusion, directement dans le bac ou le flacon. La mouture est démarrée par un bouton d'impulsion qui vous donne un contrôle complet de la quantité de café moulu. De plus, Encore est équipé d'un interrupteur marche/arrêt.
Le réglage de la mouture de l'Encore offre jusqu'à 40 niveaux de mouture du café, de très fin à grossier. Nous recommandons le moulin pour une utilisation de café goutte à goutte. C'est également une excellente solution pour la presse française et les méthodes alternatives telles que Chemex, Aeropress, le goutteur manuel ou un siphon. Le broyeur est équipé de fraises coniques en acier trempé, fabriquées en Europe.
L'entretien du broyeur est extrêmement facile, car il suffit de quelques secondes pour éliminer les bavures.

Vahva ja kestäväntuntuinen kapistus. Suht helppo ottaa käyttöön ja vinkkejä on netti/youtube pullollaan koskien tätä mallia. Aiempi Wilfani oli siistimpi, tämä malli ei saa kaikkia puruja osumaan jauhatuskuppiin. Jauhaa tasalaatuisesti ja tuloksena maukas kahvi.

Kahvijauhe hiukan sähköistä, mutta vähemmän kuin aiemmassa kahvimyllyssämme. Ääni ei niitä hiljaisimpia, mutta ei voi sanoa häiritseväksi. Hyvä perusmylly.

HmiJauhimen päivitys
Olin jo pitkään pohtinut päivittää hyvin palvelleen DeLonghi KG89 johonkin uudempaan ja ehkä myös vähän hiljaisempaan. En rinnakkain kokeillut, mutta sanoisin Baratzan oleva inan hiljaisempi. Kokoonpano oli hyvin ohjeistettu, mutta jokseenkin kömplelön oloinen. Laite on toiminut hyvin ja katkeuden säätö toimii näppärästi, ohjekirjassa on ohjeelliset karkeusasteet yleisimmille tarpeille esim. aeropress, chemex jne. Laite on vähän hintava, eikö se ole täysin äänetön, mutta olen ostokseen tyytyväinen.

Tasalaatuista jauhetta tekevä hyvän hintalaatusuhteen kahvimylly. Käytetty lähinnä säätöalueen hienomman karkeuden puoliskolla, mutta ainakin sillä skaalalla on toiminut loistavasti. Riittävästi säätöasetuksia.

I've been into coffee for about 4 years now but it wasn't until I watched James Hoffmann on YT that I found out how important consistent grinds were for the taste of the brew. I did a fair bit of research and this grinder consistently came out as a good "budget" option across several sites (some grinders literally costs thousands!).
I have to say I am extremely satisfied - the machine was excellently packaged, the build quality is great, it has a wide range of grind sizes and the consistency of the grinds is really good. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their coffee experience without blowing their bank account.

Couldn't be happier!
Upgraded to this from the Hario Mini Mill grinder and couldn't be happier. As entry level electric grinders go, it's perfect.
I bought this understanding that, if I buy an espresso machine in the future, mods can be made to make it stepless and improve the burrs.

It's a good grinder with a solid build. The grind is not super consistent, but it's reasonably good, especially if you're using it for drip coffee makers. If you need a more consistent grind, you should probably go with the Virtuoso or some of the other more expensive models from Baratza.
