My parcel was late for 6 days! And I paid for the delivery 11 chf. Which is 40% additionally to the product I bought. It was a Christmas present and we didn’t have it on Christmas day. I received SMS that it will arrive on December 21st. When I didn’t get it even on 24th I had to call to the customer service. They told me I’ll get in on 27th. Finally received it. The knockbox is good, even bigger than expected (good surprise).
BegaiymA bit noisy, but it does the job
I expected the bar would be covered by a bit of rubber to attenuate the noise. However, the knock box does its job like it should, despite my minor complaint.
