Sette 270W ofrece ajustes de molienda excepcionalmente precisos no solo para la preparación de espresso, sino también para una variedad de diferentes métodos de infusión manual.
Muelas
Las muelas cónicas de acero de 40 mm producen de 3,5 a 5,5 gramos de café molido con una cantidad reducida de finos (dependiendo del ajuste de molienda) por segundo. El productor, la empresa Etzinger, estimó la explotación óptima de las muelas en un par de años. La limpieza es muy fácil debido a la rutina sin esfuerzo de quitar e instalar las muelas.
Ajuste de molienda
Sette 270Wi ofrece 30 pasos de ajuste macro y un ajuste micro sin escalas basado en 9 indicadores para obtener incluso más control. Básicamente, elegimos el tamaño de molienda usando la escala macro y luego ajustamos el ajuste micro para hacer nuestra receta tan excelente como sea posible. Una amplia gama de opciones de tamaño de molienda permite preparar deliciosos espressos, así como infusiones manuales o vertidos como goteo, aeropress o chemex.
Diseño y operación
El molinillo está equipado con un panel de control que contiene 3 botones y una pantalla LCD. Podemos programar fácilmente nuestra dosis al 0.1 g más cercano. Después de ajustar la dosis, simplemente presionamos el botón START y el molinillo comienza automáticamente a distribuir la cantidad deseada.
El nuevo Sett 270Wi tiene la última tecnología de Acaia que controla la dosificación. El algoritmo es autodidacta y puede ajustar automáticamente la configuración del café después de, por ejemplo, un cambio de granos o la configuración de la grosería ha afectado la dosis. La escala también puede ignorar los golpes y vibraciones que podrían afectar la dosificación. También se incluye un modo de ráfaga, donde la toma se puede llenar en ráfagas de 0,1 segundos después de que el café ha sido molido.
El propio molinillo tiene un aspecto moderno y es compacto, con elementos de metal y plástico. Gracias a sus dimensiones, Sette 270Wi puede adaptarse a cualquier encimera de cocina o incluso al bar de café más apretado.

För tidigt att kunna svara riktigt bra. Tar nog lite mer tid att komma tillrätta med fininställningarna av malningsgraden, men hittills verkar den mala bra. Mer högljudd än jag trodde, och då hade jag ändå läst att den var högljudd… Sedan yr kaffet runt en del, dvs det hamnar inte så där superfint rakt ner i filtret som jag hade hoppats.
Exakt både när det gäller vikt och kornstorlek
Mycket snabb och under omständigheterna tyst kvarn som ger jämnstora korn. Wi modellen klarar även av att exakt väga in dosen och anpassar sig snabbt till nya bönsorter, härligt om man vill experimentera med andra inställningar och hålla dosen konstant. Rekommenderas varmt.

The only bad thing is the noise while grinding, although the machine being fast, it's only for about a few seconds.

Great machine and good price
Great grinder to make the coffee experience simpler
Being a bit of a perfectionist, I always weighed but was annoyed with that step in the process. With the 270wi, I never have to weigh my dose again. I still weigh the occasional yield but this grinder is nice and consistent so I don't really need to worry. Grind is also nice and fluffy.

I wanted a grinder that not only would allow me to grind coffee directly into the portafilter, but would also remove the need of having a separate scale. The Sette 270Wi ticks those boxes successfully.
If I had a complaint, it would be that the experience is a bit messy if you grind dark roasts and you want to fill the portafilter in one go. However, the workaround is trivial: divide your quantity in two equal parts and compress a bit the coffee after half of it is already in the portafilter.
