Hario Immersion Dripper Switch – now available in ceramic!

Unlike traditional Hario V60 drippers with which coffee is extracted through the constant pouring of hot water, this ceramic dripper is designed for immersion brewing.

A metal ball at the bottom of the dripper prevents water from passing through, keeping it inside the dripper for 2 minutes. After that, you just press the button to release the coffee into your cup, ensuring a smooth and even extraction.

Instruction:

The Hario Switch Dripper is easy to use, producing good coffee every time. The base recipe is 20 g of medium coarse coffee and 240 g hot water. The immersion time is 2 minutes. You can of course freely experiment with different grinds, brew times and amounts of coffee and water!
