Mahlwerke
40mm Stahl, konische Mahlwerke produzieren 3,5 - 5,5 Gramm Kaffee mit geringer Staubinzengrößen (abhängig vom Mahlgrad) pro Sekunde. Der Hersteller, die Firma Etzinger, schätzt die optimale Nutzung der Mahlwerke auf mehrere Jahre. Die Reinigung ist aufgrund des mühelosen Prozesses des Entfernens und Installierens der Mahlwerke sehr einfach.
Mahlgrad-Einstellung
Die Sette 270Wi bietet 30 Stufen der Makroanpassung und eine stufenlose Microanpassung basierend auf 9 Indikatoren für noch mehr Kontrolle. Grundsätzlich wählen wir die Korngröße mit der Makroskala und passen dann die Micro-Einstellung an, um unser Rezept so exzellent wie möglich zu machen. Eine breite Palette von Korngrößenoptionen ermöglicht die Herstellung von köstlichen Espressos sowie handgebrühtem Kaffee oder Aufgussmethoden wie Drip, Aeropress oder Chemex.
Design und Bedienung
Die Mühle ist mit einem Bedienfeld ausgestattet, das aus 3 Tasten und einem LCD-Bildschirm besteht. Wir können unsere Dosis einfach auf das nächste 0,1 g programmieren. Nach dem Einstellen der Dosis drücken wir einfach die START-Taste und die Mühle beginnt automatisch, die gewünschte Menge zu verteilen.
Die neue Sette 270Wi verfügt über die neueste Technologie von Acaia, die die Dosierung steuert. Der Algorithmus lernt selbst und kann die Schusseinstellungen automatisch anpassen, zum Beispiel nach dem Wechsel der Bohnen oder der Grobheitseinstellungen, die die Dosis beeinflusst haben. Die Waage kann auch Stöße und Vibrationen ignorieren, die die Dosierung beeinflussen könnten. Im Lieferumfang enthalten ist auch ein Burst-Modus, in dem der Schuss in Bursts von 0,1 Sekunden gefüllt werden kann, nachdem der Schuss gemahlen wurde.
Die Mühle selbst sieht modern aus und ist kompakt, mit Metall- und Kunststoffelementen. Dank ihrer Abmessungen passt die Sette 270Wi auf jede Küchentheke oder sogar die engste Coffeeshop-Brühbar.

För tidigt att kunna svara riktigt bra. Tar nog lite mer tid att komma tillrätta med fininställningarna av malningsgraden, men hittills verkar den mala bra. Mer högljudd än jag trodde, och då hade jag ändå läst att den var högljudd… Sedan yr kaffet runt en del, dvs det hamnar inte så där superfint rakt ner i filtret som jag hade hoppats.
Exakt både när det gäller vikt och kornstorlek
Mycket snabb och under omständigheterna tyst kvarn som ger jämnstora korn. Wi modellen klarar även av att exakt väga in dosen och anpassar sig snabbt till nya bönsorter, härligt om man vill experimentera med andra inställningar och hålla dosen konstant. Rekommenderas varmt.

The only bad thing is the noise while grinding, although the machine being fast, it's only for about a few seconds.

Great machine and good price
Great grinder to make the coffee experience simpler
Being a bit of a perfectionist, I always weighed but was annoyed with that step in the process. With the 270wi, I never have to weigh my dose again. I still weigh the occasional yield but this grinder is nice and consistent so I don't really need to worry. Grind is also nice and fluffy.

I wanted a grinder that not only would allow me to grind coffee directly into the portafilter, but would also remove the need of having a separate scale. The Sette 270Wi ticks those boxes successfully.
If I had a complaint, it would be that the experience is a bit messy if you grind dark roasts and you want to fill the portafilter in one go. However, the workaround is trivial: divide your quantity in two equal parts and compress a bit the coffee after half of it is already in the portafilter.
