Die Baratza Encore Kaffeemühle wird von Kaffeeexperten als die beste Lösung für diejenigen gelobt, die zu Hause ausgezeichneten Kaffee zubereiten möchten. Sie eignet sich sowohl für Einsteiger in die Welt des Kaffees als auch für anspruchsvollere Heim-Baristas. Encore bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu einem niedrigen Preis.
Das Gehäuse der Mühle hat ein minimalistisches Design, ist kompakt und aus plastik, das keine Fingerabdrücke aufnimmt. Es handelt sich um eine On-Demand-Mühle, bei der das Mahlen auf Anfrage erfolgt - der Kaffee wird unmittelbar vor dem Brühen, direkt in den Behälter oder die Kanne gemahlen. Das Mahlen wird durch einen Impulstaster gestartet, der Ihnen die vollständige Kontrolle über die Menge des gemahlenen Kaffees gibt. Darüber hinaus ist Encore mit einem EIN/AUS-Schalter ausgestattet.
Die Mahleinstellung von Encore bietet bis zu 40 Mahlstufen, von wirklich fein bis grob. Wir empfehlen die Mühle für die Verwendung von Filterkaffee. Sie ist auch eine großartige Lösung für die French Press und alternative Methoden wie Chemex, Aeropress, Handfilter oder einen Syphon. Die Mühle ist mit konischen Mahlsteinen aus gehärtetem Stahl ausgestattet, die in Europa hergestellt werden.
Die Wartung der Mühle ist extrem einfach, da die Mahlsteine in nur wenigen Sekunden entfernt werden können.

Vahva ja kestäväntuntuinen kapistus. Suht helppo ottaa käyttöön ja vinkkejä on netti/youtube pullollaan koskien tätä mallia. Aiempi Wilfani oli siistimpi, tämä malli ei saa kaikkia puruja osumaan jauhatuskuppiin. Jauhaa tasalaatuisesti ja tuloksena maukas kahvi.

Kahvijauhe hiukan sähköistä, mutta vähemmän kuin aiemmassa kahvimyllyssämme. Ääni ei niitä hiljaisimpia, mutta ei voi sanoa häiritseväksi. Hyvä perusmylly.

HmiJauhimen päivitys
Olin jo pitkään pohtinut päivittää hyvin palvelleen DeLonghi KG89 johonkin uudempaan ja ehkä myös vähän hiljaisempaan. En rinnakkain kokeillut, mutta sanoisin Baratzan oleva inan hiljaisempi. Kokoonpano oli hyvin ohjeistettu, mutta jokseenkin kömplelön oloinen. Laite on toiminut hyvin ja katkeuden säätö toimii näppärästi, ohjekirjassa on ohjeelliset karkeusasteet yleisimmille tarpeille esim. aeropress, chemex jne. Laite on vähän hintava, eikö se ole täysin äänetön, mutta olen ostokseen tyytyväinen.

Tasalaatuista jauhetta tekevä hyvän hintalaatusuhteen kahvimylly. Käytetty lähinnä säätöalueen hienomman karkeuden puoliskolla, mutta ainakin sillä skaalalla on toiminut loistavasti. Riittävästi säätöasetuksia.

I've been into coffee for about 4 years now but it wasn't until I watched James Hoffmann on YT that I found out how important consistent grinds were for the taste of the brew. I did a fair bit of research and this grinder consistently came out as a good "budget" option across several sites (some grinders literally costs thousands!).
I have to say I am extremely satisfied - the machine was excellently packaged, the build quality is great, it has a wide range of grind sizes and the consistency of the grinds is really good. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their coffee experience without blowing their bank account.

Upgraded to this from the Hario Mini Mill grinder and couldn't be happier. As entry level electric grinders go, it's perfect.
I bought this understanding that, if I buy an espresso machine in the future, mods can be made to make it stepless and improve the burrs.

It's a good grinder with a solid build. The grind is not super consistent, but it's reasonably good, especially if you're using it for drip coffee makers. If you need a more consistent grind, you should probably go with the Virtuoso or some of the other more expensive models from Baratza.
