The frying pan from the Swiss Diamond Premium Steel series is suitable for a variety of cooking purposes but is especially ideal for frying and browning at high temperatures.

The frying pan is made from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel, ensuring it won't deform even with intensive use. The base construction with an aluminum core guarantees quick and even heating. The elegant lid is made of durable tempered glass, allowing you to monitor your food without having to open the lid.

Extremely Durable Surface

You can use metal utensils during cooking without worrying about damaging the surface since the frying pan is uncoated. The stainless steel pan is resistant to various acidic foods that can damage other cookware over time (e.g., tomato-based sauces).

The extremely durable and easy-to-maintain stainless steel frying pan can be scrubbed clean after use, preventing flavours or odors from lingering. It will not rust during storage, even if not used daily.

Oven Safe

Before Use

Wash the frying pan thoroughly with dish soap before first use and dry with a kitchen towel. Heat the pan on medium heat and brush a thin layer of cooking oil on it. Once the oil is heated, let the pan cool and wipe away any excess oil with paper towels. The frying pan is now ready for use.

Preheating

In daily use, preheat the pan to the appropriate temperature for the ingredients before adding cooking fat. The correct temperature is crucial: ingredients should not be placed on a completely cold or overly hot pan. Some cooking fat is also necessary to prevent food from sticking to the pan.

Salt the food only after it has been seared or browned, and turn the food only when the surface is properly browned or cooked. This way, the food comes off more easily from the stainless steel surface.
