The STARESSO BASIC portable espresso maker is designed with a base to stand so it can be placed steadily on a top surface. So even if it’s pressure is high, the base can save half of the power, and you can use your weight to press.
STARESSO BASIC works with both ground coffee and Nespresso® compatible coffee capsules, no need for an extra adaptor.

The product does what promises and it produces a tasty and rich espresso.
It's not free of problems tho.
I find that it's a bit troublesome to make several espresso shots in sequence, as you need to clean the cup before doing a new dose.
The espresso end up being a bit cold, as pumping the air seems to cool down the water a little, but maybe it's something I still need to figure it out.
The most disappointing bit was the fact that the brush that you use to remove the cup it's make of a fragile plastic and it broke after a couple uses. It would be nice to have a metal tool to remove the cup.
Another desirable thing would be to have more cups in the kit, so that you could prepare two or three espressos in sequence without having to clean the cup for each one. Or at least having the option to buy those separately.
