The MONIN Cloudy Lemonade Base is perfect as a base for refreshing cocktails, lemonades or various types of drinks. Its intense yellow color with flashes of orange resembles home-made lemonade.
MONIN Le Fruit Yuzu fruit purée adds a unique and unforgettable flavour to refreshing cocktails or a soothing touch to a hot drink when under the weather!
Yuzu Lemonade
- 20 ml MONIN Cloudy Lemonade Base
- 15 ml MONIN Le Fruit Yuzu purée
- 250 ml soda water
Put all the ingredients in a glass filled with ice and stir. Decorate according to taste.

MONIN Cloudy Lemonade Base: Water, sugar, acid: citric acid, concentrated lemon juice, natural lemon-lime flavouring with other natural flavourings, natural flavouring, emulsifiers: acacia gum, E445, sweetener: steviol glycosides, preservative: potassium sorbate. Lemon juice: 7 %.
MONIN Le Fruit Yuzu: Sugar, yuzu and lemon juice, bitter orange pulp, concentrated orange pulp, acids: citric acid and sodium citrate, natural flavour, thickener: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains the equivalent of 45 % of fruit including 25 % yuzu.
