Miscela d’Oro Voglaniera cocoa powder is a high-quality Italian cocoa with a deep, rich flavour and a well-balanced bitterness. Its fine consistency ensures easy mixing, whether used for traditional Italian-style hot cocoa or as an ingredient in desserts.
Preparation suggestions:
- For barista prep: put 1 full spoon dispenser of Voglianera in heat resistant container and stir with 125 ml (4.4 fl oz) of milk; use espresso machine steam to heat and blend the mix.
- For home prep: put 1 full spoon dispenser of Voglianera in heat resistant container and stir with 180 ml (6.33 fl oz) of milk; bring to a boil, stirring carefully.
