The Miscela d'Oro Gusto Classico 250 g espresso coffee offers a powerful and full-bodied espresso in traditional Italian style. The coffee is low in acidity and has a full-bodied flavor with hints of dark chocolate. The coffee also has a pleasant, long aftertaste and provides a rich crema in the cup. 30 % Arabica and 70 % Robusta.
The Miscela d'Oro roastery is located in Messina, Sicily. The roastery started as a small scale family business in 1946. The Urbano family continues the business today already in the third generation. The goal of the roastery is to roast simple, elegant and high-quality coffees, while preserving the longstanding tradition.

Ensimmäinen Miscela d’Oron espresso, johon tutustuin. Täyteläinen tumma maku sekoituksella 50% Arabicaa ja 50% Robustaa.
Tulevaisuudessa tulee hankittua lisää ja varmaankin myös muihin paahtimon kahvoihin.
