Johan & Nyström Nap Queen is a washed decaffeinated coffee with smooth and fine delightful flavours of toffee, fresh apple, and rich spicy nuances.
The coffee for Nap Queen is cultivated by 50 small-scale farmers in Colombia’s Huila region. After the coffee is gathered, the caffeine content is reduced.

Decaffeination
The decaffeination process is called the sugar cane process. Ethyl acetate, which is obtained from fermented sugar cane and also occurs naturally in some fruits, is used to remove caffeine. Once the caffeine has been soaked away, the coffee beans are rinsed, steamed, and dried before being delivered to the coffee roastery.

Hienostunut kofeiiniton Kahvisekoitus
Jo nimi, ”Nap Queen”, herätti hilpeyttä varsinkin naisväessä. Erittäin hienostunut ja lempeän, kevyt, mutta täyteläinen kahvisekoitus. Raikas, ei varmasti kuulu baristojen arviointi sanastoon, mutta jopa se käväisi mielessä tätä erittäin hienostunutta ja samettista, kahvisekoituksen makumaailmaa miettiessäni. Suosittelen kaikille hienostuneiden makujen rakastajille!

Eka kerta ilman kofeiinia. En oikein tiennyt mitä odottaa, mutta aika mieto ja ei tullut semmoista ”aah” reaktiota itselle. Oliko se kofeiinin puute vai itse kahvi en tiedä, mutta parempaa, kuin huono kofeiinillinen kahvi.
