Hario Power Buono Kettle with Temperature Control is any barista's best friend in a form of a practical teapot used to boil water. It is the most advanced Hario Kettle - allowing you to adjust water temperature. Thanks to its precision, it is particularly useful for coffee brewing with alternative methods such as a Dripper, Chemex or Aeropress.
The temperature of water can be adjusted from 50 to 96 degrees Celsius. It is set and displayed on the front panel. The keep warm function keeps water at the set temperature for 15 minutes, if the kettle is not removed from the base.
Additionally, Power Buono Kettle has a safety feature that prevents dry run. Its body is made of stainless steel with plastic elements. Excess cable can be rolled up and stored in the base.

A must have!
Having this kettle as opposed to your normal every day kettle has significantly improved my quality of life. The pour of the gooseneck while being able to adjust the temperature to exactly where you want it opens up so many doors on how I brew my coffee and matcha - it is astonishing how just a few degrees of heat can change the same amount of matcha/coffee I've been pouring for years.
Also, this website sells it for considerably cheaper than Hario themselves. I saved £80 just because it has an EU plug instead of a UK plug!

Keitin on kaunis ja hyvä käyttää. Ohjeet ovat selkeät, voisivat olla myös suomeksi. Aluksi pannun pienuus mietitytti, mutta on itseasiassa ihan sopivan kokoinen.

Hario tekee hyviä tee- ja kahvipannuja tämä ei ehkä loista muuten kuin designin osalta.
Lämpötilansäädön käyttöliittymä on kömpelö ja pannu on kovaääninen. Muuten ihan toimiva.
Tarkkaa hifistelyä lämpötilan kanssa
Olen tyytyväinen vedenkeittimen. Teen suodatinkahvin 1-2 henkilölle Hario V60 suppilolla ja ilman tätä tarkkaa lämpötilansäätöä on saanut vain arvailla milloin kiehunut vesi on laskenut 93-95 asteeseen. Veden kaataminen on myös eleganttia kapealla pitkällä nokalla.
