Espresso Specialty Blind Upper Burr - specially recommended for espresso brewing with light and medium-roasted coffee. Its geometry is designed to maximise clarity and brightness in specialty coffee.
Black Diamond Technology Advantages
Cryogenic process combined with DLC black ensures unique performance and lifetime. Studies certified by University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (UNIMORE) show an improvement of durability of +5 % compared to Red Speed and +93 % over stainless steel burrs.
