Bialetti Brikka Restyling Stovetop Espresso Coffee Maker, 4 Cups
The Bialetti Brikka stovetop espresso maker has a unique pressure valve that creates a nice crema on top of the coffee. At the same time the valve makes the extraction more even and you get a more intense result. You will notice a difference compared to a regular stove top coffee maker! Brikka Restyling is a new version of the classic Brikka, now with an elegant black bottom part.
The Bialetti Brikka stove top espresso maker is made of aluminium and is suitable for all kinds of stoves except for induction. Two different sizes are available - the 2 cup version makes about 100 ml of coffee while the 4 cup version makes 200 ml of coffee.

Best Moka pot out there
It was really difficult to find an online store that sells and delivers original Brikka Moka pots to the United States for a reasonable price.

Tää on mun toinen Bialetti Brikka, edellinen palveli 8 vuotta, parasta kahvia (tässä tulee venttiilin ansiosta crema toisin kuin tavallisella mutteripannulla). Vanhakin toimii edelleen mutta muovinen kahva hajosi ja irtosi. Kehitysehdostus: puinen tukevampi kahva, ja pakettiin mukaan muutama varasuodatin ja tiiviste mukaan.

Bialetti Brikka Restyling mokabryggare, vattenbehållaren är mycket tröga att lossa. Så den fick gå tillbaka och jag beställde en i rostffritt.

Trevlig produkt med mer ergonomiskt handtag och bättre möjligheter till rengöring än min gamla moka express. Något snabbare, men inte så det gör någon större skillnad. Kräver lite mer planering och måttning för gott kaffe, men det lär man sig snart. Lite synd att kannan inte är värmeisolerad alls, så man får ta det lite varligt med den
