Bergstrands Coffee Roatery's Båtblandning (Boat Blend) has a grapefruit-like acidity that is balanced by a strong body and creamy aftertaste. The coffee was brewed for the first time in a coffee press on a boat ride on the Marstrandsfjorden. The friends exclaimed in unison in the middle of a ride: This is the best coffee we've ever tasted! Safely moored at the quay a little later in the evening, the coffee also made a success served after a three-course meal at Marstrand's inn.

A medium dark coffee blend with a grapefruity acidity that is balanced by a creamy aftertaste.
