Barú's delicious chocolate powder with tiny marshmallows. A hot chocolate cup topped with fluffly bliss is just about the perfect treat to unwind.
Tip
The chocolate powder requires vigorous mixing with a spoon or a small milk frothing whisk for best result, and the milk must be hot enough, approx. 60-70°C. With the help of a small milk frothing whisk, you get the smoothest and most pleasant fluffy result.
Instantly prepared with hot milk or non-dairy alternatives.
Ingredients
Sugar, cocoa powder (32 %), marshmallows (10 %) (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, corn starch, glucose, thickener: carrageenan, hydrolyzed rice protein, natural flavour: vanilla). Cocoa at least 32 %.

Nice tasting hot chocolate with teeny marshmallows. I wish there were more marshmallows in the product.

Suosittelen ostamaan esim Barú Swirly Hot Chocolate kaakaojuomajauhetta ja lisäämään siihen itse Barún vaahtokarkkeja jotka ovat todella pehmeitä ja sulavat osittain lämpimään kaakaoon. Tässä laaksossa mukana olevat vaahtokarkit ovat sitkeämpiä ja aivan eri tyyppisiä. Ei ole ostamisen arvoinen. Kannattaa tehdä itse jolloin voi myös määritellä vaahtokarkkien määrän

Kaakao oli liian karvasta ja vaahtokarkit kummallisia sokeriklönttejä. Tein oman sekoituksen lisäämällä tummaa suklaata ja poistamalla vaahtokarkit, niin parani!

Hyvä kaakaojauhe, ja pienet vaahtokarkit on tosi söpö idea. Ainoa huono puoli on, että lapset noukkivat purkista vaahtikset ja jättävät pelkän kaakaon, mutta toimii se niinkin :)
