Preparazione del tè matcha:
Usa due cucchiai di matcha (mezzo cucchiaino) di polvere di tè in una ciotola e aggiungi circa un decilitro di acqua a 80 °C. Sbatti per 30 secondi fino a ottenere una schiuma sulla superficie del tè.
