Trung Nguyen Creative 1 è un caffè ad alto contenuto di caffeina, una fantastica tazza "risveglio" per la mattina, eccellente con zucchero e panna. Il caffè è così intenso che, anche aggiungendo altri ingredienti, il sapore di cioccolato non verrà nascosto. Una scelta particolarmente eccellente per il caffè freddo.
Caffè scuro, forte, dal corpo pieno, realizzato con selezionati fagioli Culi (non divisi, peaberry) e quindi il caffè ha un sapore e un aroma più ricchi.
I vietnamiti piantarono e coltivarono la varietà Robusta oltre cento anni fa. Tuttavia, alla fine del XX secolo, gran parte della qualità gourmet di questa varietà è andata persa a causa di una coltivazione e di un raccolto inadeguati. Il Culi Robusta è il ritorno trionfale di Trung Nguyen al miglior Robusta gourmet del mondo. È coltivato nel clima perfetto, raccolto in più sessioni e essiccato al sole per un massimo di 100 giorni per raggiungere la piena maturazione e meravigliosi toni di sapore.

Tuoksuu suklaiselta, olen valmistanut sekä vietnamilaisella filtterillä että mutteripannulla. Molemmilla tulee hyvää.

Creative-sarjan kevein. Maussa on hieman happamuutta, joka kohtuu hyvin kyllä peittyy kahvin öljyiseen paksuun olemukseen, joka on keveämpi kuin isommissa numeroissa.
