La Moka Express dipinta è una versione rinnovata del modello più classico realizzato da Bialetti, il principale produttore mondiale di macchine da caffè. La Moka Express è la caffettiera da fornello che, nella sua versione originale, rese famoso il produttore italiano negli anni '30. Ancora oggi è il modello di caffettiera espresso da fornello più popolare al mondo, con oltre 200 milioni di caffettiere prodotte finora.
Come funziona la moka? La caffettiera è composta da un serbatoio superiore sigillato, un filtro e un serbatoio inferiore. Metti i chicchi di caffè macinati nel filtro, versa l'acqua nel serbatoio inferiore fino al livello della valvola di sicurezza e collega tutti gli elementi. Metti la caffettiera sul fornello e aspetta qualche minuto. L'acqua calda sale nel serbatoio superiore, attraversando i chicchi macinati. Il tuo delizioso e aromatico espresso è pronto!

Fin bryggare som fungerar bra och är lätt att lära sig, men mängden färdigt kaffe stämmer inte alls. Då 1 koppars knappt kan fyllas med 63ml som den ska är det inte rimligt att få ut mycket mer än 50ml, enligt mig.

Köpte en röd Bialetti mockabryggare och den förlorade färgen på nedre delen av vattenhållare redan efter 3 användningar. Jag reklamerade och skickade bilden på det. Fick svaren där de argumenterade för fel användning. Jag har använd i många år de här bryggarna och aldrig haft problem med dem. Inget byte eller återbetalning var resultatet.
Man brukar behandla kunderna bättre.

I love the red Bialetti espresso makers. I have the one and two cup versions and had to add the six cup. They are a lovely splash of colour, especially on a grey morning, and add a dash of happiness to coffee making. It is simple to use and clean, and one feels it is a more environmentally friendly option than pods.
